With key in ignition slot, turn the steering slightly to the side that moves and wiggle the key while turning it.

when i was moveing the key before it locked it still didnt work

You have a bad key cylinder and need to wiggle the key to make it turn. If it still does not work, you would need a locksmith to help you.
