Transmission not shifting into 2nd; no reverse

The car was recently bought and was told that the transmission was recently rebuilt.. It will not shift into 2nd gear and it has no reverse. Any help is appreciated [Automatic transmission and no turbo].

Bring it in and have the transmission pressure tested-sounds like its not rebuilt properly-
