225000 miles I have 99 pathfinder, 2 weeks ago on highway I had engine hot and blow up the radiator and they replaced the radiator, water pump, thermostat , belt and reservoir but still hitting the h , before temp sing was on the middle always now going up and

Overheat on aluminum engines can cause head warpage, most of your question was cut off. Repost all info in post body, not header.
