The signal indicator is broken, or something is. When I turn on the headlights, the dashboard and mostly all the other light inside don't turn on, including the tail lights. Now if I push foward on the lever, it turns on and every thing is fine, but it doesn't stay that way because I have to be pushing it every time after I use the signals. The signals work and all lights work when either turn signal is on. On can I fix this so that when the headlights are on, ALL lights will be on (without having to be pushing it)

You would need to replace the light switch unless you are able to repair it.
