obd showing error links with obd 2 scanner mitsubishi galant 1999 tried scanner on other cars no problem

For some reason some generic scanner just wont work on some cars, try a different scanner if you can, the better the scanner the better the chance of a good read.

This may be a fault with the ECU, next step will be to get the ECU bench tested for internal faults.
