99 eclipse manual transmission.
Clutch seems to work fine.
Problem is the actual shifter is very hard to move from gear to gear up and down.

If gear shift is easy to move when engine is off, then it is a fault with the clutch or transmission. If problem occurs under all conditions, have the shifter cable and linkages checked. Some lubrication at joints might help.
