My car heater/AC turns on but no air comes out from the vents or anything.

Do you hear the blower motor running if not-Check and test the blower motor-

where do i find the blower motor?? No i dont hear anything at all, i turn it on and it shows it is on but nothing happens, no air comes out of the vents or no heat/AC heats up or gets cold.
