loosing coolant

The radiator water of my 1999 Mitsubishi Adventure drains faster than other cars of the same model, why is this so. I have to add approximately one half to three four liter of water to my radiator and its reservoir after travelling more or less 100 km.

Start by doing a coolant pressure test and see if there are any visual leaks.
