1999 Mercury Marquis smoke!!

When I turn my heat, ac, or defroster on my car blows foul smelling smoke at me. My car isnt overheating, and there is no smoke coming out from under the hood.

Not sure if this relates to the issue, but my car shakes as if I'm constantly hitting rows of potholes...

You could have something like a brake locking up or worse. The AC will pick up ay smell from outside. You really need someone knowledgeable to inspect the car to find out what this is.
