when im driving down the road my cars traction control light and brake light will come on and it doesnt throw a mil light and when its idleing it sounds like its surges and the rpms drop and idk wat to do

Those lights are an issue with the ABS system and you will have to access that for trouble codes but this would have nothing to do with engine performance.

would that be what makes my headlight dim down and all the lights on dash flicker?
