What is the problem with DTC code P0700, P0720?

The Auto transmission of the car is not shifting to to the next gear. But only when manualy shifted. After diagnosing with a scan tool errors codes P0700 and P0720 showed.

I have P0700 and P0720. The conductor Plate replacement is a popular answer. An advanced scanner will provide more detail as to what the malfunction is...let ya know when I get it done.
