1999 Mercedes Benz Ml320 Heater Car Does Throw Out Heat Blower Ac Works Fine

Heater in car does not throw out heat. Blower and ac works fine just no heat. Checked control valve and hoses on each side are hot,so should be working.
any susgestions would be great.

Check the blend air door for operation.
