My truck will start for 3 sec then shut off and a wrench comes up with a code that reads 39600 can someone please help me out

are you sure that you have the correct code number? I have never seen or heard of that one.how are you retrieveing that code?it sounds like a security issue to me,are very any security lights on or flashing?
