1999 Mercedes Benz E320 While Car Just Running One Spot Temperature Hand Past

While my car is just running in one spot, the temperature hand goes past half, but the radiator fan doesn't come on unless i turn on the air.

Test your fan switch and see if it is working correctly. Also check your thermostat and make sure it isnt stuck.
