runs rough and shakes in the steering wheel

I have a c280 mercedes benz when I start the car first thing in the morning and put it in drive it runs rough and shakes in the steering wheel really bad until it warms up after I drive for about one hour.

Why do my car runs so rough in the morning, however it get better once it warm up upon driving it foe about 30 minutes to a hour

i would start with basics like spark plugs and all filters.
