HOW CAN I GET INTO THE TRUNK?

THE KEY TO THE CAR IS ELECTRONIC AND THE REMOTE OPTIONS WERENT WORKING SO WE REPLACED THE BATTERIES IN IT AND AFTER THAT THE IGNITION WOULDNT TURN SO WE TOOK THE BATTERIESOUT OF THE REMOTE. BUT BOW THE POWER LOCKS MOONROOF OR TRUNK WONT WORK. THE TRUNK IS UNLOCKED BUT THE TRUNK WONT OPEN. HOW CAN I GET IN THE TRUNK TO RESET THE BATTERY? IT SEEMS LIKE THE SECURITY SYSTEM IS ON ALTHOUGH I CAN START THE CAR AND DRIVE IT. THERE IS A RED LIGHT ON IN THE CENTER CONSOLE NEXT TO THE WINDOW SWITCHED. THAT LIGHT WASNT ON BEFORE. PLEASE HELP!
