My code reader says PO300, PO301, PO304, which is multiple cylinder misfire, cylinder #1 misfire and cylinder #4 misfire. Can you tell me where I should begin looking. Could it be a spark plug wire or in the cap?

Spark plugs and wires are the most common cause of misfires. If new ones don't help, swap some injectors, then see if the misfires show up for different cylinders.
