Do you advise paying $375 for a new Mercedes wheel vs. $160 for a used/remanufactured on-line?

My wheel developed a hole which deflated the tire. I'm told it must be replaced, but I wonder if it's safe to buy on-line and if it's worth the extra money.

I have to be honest, I have purchased wheel online and have had no trouble. However, it will deal with the seller you are getting it from. As far as a remanufactured wheel, I have never had any trouble with them. It is amazing what they can do to fix them like new.
