what tool will i need to take the head bolts out on a 99 mazda protege?

a 10 mm was too loose and about striped the head bolt? and i cant find a 11mm?is it a mazda tool?

if 10 was loose, 11 would be MORE loose. is it a normal hex shaped head or something special like a TORX head?
