strange sound coming from my engine

I have a 99 mazda protege and there is a strange sound coming from my pullys. its not squealing though. what else could it be. when idaling the pullys are making a weird sound like its kinda grinding but not really

Remove belt and check each belt driven accessory to see where the noise is coming from.
