Well truck runs and drives but one day my wipers, window washer, brake lights, speedometer, cab light all suddenly stopped working and there was smoke coming out of the dash right behind the radio. The fuse in slot 25 in the cab was blown but when I replaced it it blow again the second I started the truck again.

Something has gone bad causing the shorting. You need to find out what components are linked to this fuse and you need to disconnect all of them and start plugging in one by one to see which blows the fuse again.

Before this, check to see if th wires are fused together due to the shorting.
