Stalling at idle 99 626

I recently had to change the Plugs and wires in my 99 mazda 626 due to a CEL for loss of #3 compression... It worked fine for a day and now I am idleing rough and stalling if I drop under 750 rpms any Ideas?

If you are getting a #3 cylinder misfire, remove the plug and check its condition. Check compression in that cylinder, check for spark to that plug, and check the injector to that cylinder to make sure it is getting fuel. If the same code has not come back, check fuel pump pressure, for vacuum leaks, and check the idle air control valve (IAC),
