How do I remove the power steering pulley from my power steering pump on my 4cyl 1999 mazda 626?

Different makes and models, a new power steering pump may not come with a new pulley, so you have to reuse the old pulley. Some of the national brand autostores will pull the old pulley off and put it on the new pump for you.
If the pulley is pressed on, you will have to use a puller to get the pulley off. I haven't looked at your particular model.
