Could be misfiring due to needing a tune-up and engine/tranny mounts problem

Could be that the engines base idle is too low. Try setting it between 750-800rpm. Idle screw is on the throttle body. Also if the throttle plate is gummed up with carbon and is stuck slightly open it can cause a rough idle symptom
