How to set crank shaft and cam shaft gears

I changed the water pump and now my car is missing while idling. I am assuming I set the timing wrong.

You'd better hope you didn't. Incorrect timing on this car will likely result in bent valves. I tried to find a diagram for you but I don't see a 323 being made in "99 in the US.
