Heavy smoking

hello
My car is smoking heavily in the morning or after parking for a long time. This started after cleaning the sump. This stops after a few km drive.....tried changing the valve stem seals

Your engine probably has a lot of wear and cleaning the sump, you increased the oil flow now.

I also thought as much but m just asking my self why does the smoking stop after driving a few km.... also just noticed that the car is smelling antifreeze when its hot. thanks

The smoke may not be oil related at all. Pressure test the cooling system to see if it holds pressure.
