1999 Lincoln Town Car odometer dose not work

car has approx. 154,000 miles. the upper left message center does not lite up or display odometer, air suspension, trunk ajar etc. The speedometer does work and so does fuel and temp. I checked fuse #4 7.5amp and #19 10amp. Any Ideas? Doug.

Check the #12 fuse 15A it also supplies power to the instrument cluster. If the fuse is good I would suspect the instrument cluster itself. If replacing the cluster make sure to disconnect the battery to disable the security system.
