The OBD2 scanner is getting a error message saying not reading the vehicle. What could some of the problems be? First I had two codes PO420 & 430. Now there's no reading. I disconnect the battery over night and still saying not reading.

Try a different scan tool.

That leaves you with an issue with either the PCM itself or the data line.
