My high mount brake light works but my lower do not.
The blinkers work fine but brake lights do not
Changed bulbs, sockets and fuses but nothing.
What could be the problem ??

Your lower brake lites are wired through the multifunction switch. The high-mount brake lite isn't wired that way.

Could be issue with multifunction switch or wiring circuit.

Like I said, you'll have to check multifunction switch.

Usually the wipers--turn signals-- whatever are part of the multifunction switch, in the steering column.
