Is there a loss of power to the fuel pump? Have you checked the EEC relay?

This is a computer controlled, pulse width modulated, variable pressure pump system. You need a bidirectional scan tool and a wiring diagram to diagnose it properly. It uses a rail pressure sensor and a fuel pump driver module.
