I have repalced the fuel pump the inertia switch the fuel pressure sensor. Checked the pressure on rail no pressure. Tried to crank several time then it cranked. Turned the car off and now it will not start. This has been going on for months it cranked every day for 4 months and then started this again. I have spent 2600.00 and been to the local ford dealership and Aamco to get get this resolved now back at the same place. HELP!

Is there a loss of power to the fuel pump? Have you checked the EEC relay?

This is a computer controlled, pulse width modulated, variable pressure pump system. You need a bidirectional scan tool and a wiring diagram to diagnose it properly. It uses a rail pressure sensor and a fuel pump driver module.
