where is the fuel cutoff switch, how to test if the fuel pump is working?

To check the fuel pump, you need a fuel pressure gauge and it connects to a schrader valve on the fuel rail. Go to our homepage under the DIY section for directions and a video that shows how to do it.

As far as the fuel cut off switch, if I recall on the 99, it should be in the trunk.
