why isnt battery charging? changed the alternator and the battery and the fuse to the alternator

bought a new alternator and battery changed the fuse to the alternator and the battery still doesn't hold the charge whats wrong. the alternator went out on the car and every since then it will not hold a charge I have also checked the fuses and they were good I am so frustrated i need help.

Have the alternator and battery load tested where you got it from-

had them both tested and they were both good the alternator and the battery

Have the wiring checked back to the ignition switch

do you think that the wiring back to the ignition will not let the battery charge? could it be another fuse somewhere on the car that is faulty? but i will have the wires checked tomorrow
