1999 Lincoln Continental air conditioner

The drain tube is blocked for the AC system. Look on the passenger side of the firewall, under the hood. For a 4" long rubber hose hanging down with a 90 degree bend in it. Squeeze the end to open it up and allow the debris to come out. If nothing comes out, squeeze the metal ring holding it to the spout, then pull the hose off. Stick a pencil into the spout to clear the obstruction.
