I had someone put a timing belt on my car and now it won't start, whats's wrong with it?

Person replaced your timing belt did NOT align the cam/crank shaft marks correctly, at TDC on cylinder 1 which caused valve opening/ closing for intake/exhaust at wrong time. Therefore,your engine won't start.
