WHEN TEMERATURE IS BELOW 70 DEGREES, AFTER SITTING OVER NIGHT THE VEHICLE WILL NOT START, IT SHAKES AND POPS. EVENTUALLY IT STARTS AND RUNS FINE AND RESTARTS FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. NO TROUBLE CODES.

Could be low fuel pressure, dirty injectors, ignition problems. It needs to be troubleshooted further.
