My question is base upon a topic that you had posted on lexus ex300 with the dtc p1354 code, I would like to know if that same problem would relate to mileages under 90,000 miles. I have a vehicle with the same situation and wanted to see topics on it.

Codes p0300 302-304-306-330-1354-171 all these showed up on scanner. The vehicle has a sound of gears binding from acceleration, at speeds btw 20 40 miles, that seems like timing is at play or outta line with each other. Would I be close.
