battery dies occasionally

Lexus 1999 Could it be computer problem with air and heat head?. That is what repair guy says $1500.00 to repair.

Three dead batteries and three repair shops - no solution. This guy said electrical-computer to do with the air,heat system not completely shutting down intermittently.

Wants $1100.00 for the part called a head something.. Can this be right?

old enough car to find a used 1 at boneyard. for instance, today i priced new compressor for air and was 300+ while used with guarantee to work was 50.
