Had head redone. Put it back on, timing is dead on. But its backfiring from intake. Ides rough, but no backfire when giving throttle at 200 rpm. Could this be a bad valve? New spark plugs and coils. Not giving a misfire code. Need help, thank you

The hydraulic valve lifters have to be relieved of pressure if the valves were lapped.
