99 Kia Sportage

I have a 1999 Kia Sportage with a 2.0L Auto 2wd.
Bogging at acceleration. Cat was plugged, glowed a nice purty orange color. I cleared it out. Symptoms still occurring. So I am now considering the fuel. Diaphragm smells gaseous and there is light moisture in the line. Its not pouring out although. The line itself is somewhat loose. I really do not want to go crazy and buy a tester, so if anyone has an idea. I would appreciate it.

Could be caused by one of the following below:

Oxygen sensor.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it

Anyway to test an O2 sensor? Replaced a lose line on the fuel line pressure regulator. No difference. Or to slight to notice.

Did the fuel pressure test. 40 lbs while idling. (The needle on the gauge was moving quite a bit though.) Revving produced an instant psi of 47 lbs, however if you held rpms at 2000 it would drop instantly after a 47 lbs reading. Turning the car off, the needle dropped to zero within a second. No noticeable line leaks.
