I have an 99 Kia sportage 4 wheel drive that when it ****s to overdrive it shakes real bad. I've also notice that if its under a load when shifting in the other gears it dose it a little but not as bad. What would be causing it? Transmission?

Chances are the transmission is okay, but there is a problem with the torque converter clutch (TCC). That is what I recommend having checked first. If the trans was slipping into gear, then I would say transmission problems, but that doesn't sound like the case.
