how to replace engine idler pulley

Changed belt and heard grinding noise. Thought enging was going out. Belt lasted a week and started checking pulleys and noticed pulley wobbley.

if this is the belt pulley for far/water pump, the n remove belt and replace pulley. also install a new belt if it hasn't been changed int eh last 20000 miles
