1999 Jeep Wrangler Vacuum Fitting On Side Intake Manifold That Does Hose Think

I have a vacuum fitting on the side of the intake manifold that does not have a hose on it that (i think caused the jeep to fail smog)
It is the most forward of three fittings on the side of the intake manifold

There's a lot of different plumbing diagrams. Use the one on the emissions sticker under the hood. That will show every hose related to vacuum.
