There is antifreeze in my oil do I need to replace just the head gasette or do I need to replace the motor

Start with the gasket but have the head inspected at an engine machine shop to be sure it's perfectly flat and has no cracks. Don't forget to change the oil right away. Coolant dissolves the first layer of engine bearings.
