the heat on my 99 jeep grand cherokee wont blow any air. when driving faster that 45 mph, I can feel warm air coming out of the vents but the blower wont work. I have replaced the fuse under the hood for the blower motor but it didnt work. last winter there was a fuse type box under the glove box that had alot to do with it I think. last winter you have to wiggle the box to get the blower to kick on. any tips you might have on what this box is and how do I replace it?

anyway, the box you refer to may be the blower resistor and it has a plug to it. people have had it working if the plug is securely in place. loose plug and it quits. the plug itself may have loose contacts and need some TLC.
