my jeep hard shifts into drive and reverse. no leaking from transmission but had several codes pull up and had to replace solenoid assembly in tranny. but it still does it. i have seen that i have a bad motor mount , could this be the reason i am still having this issue. otherwise the car drives well and no other shifting problems

Yes, a bad motor mount will cause the clunking. Do you still have any stored codes?
