1999 Jeep Cherokee no start code P1694

Replaced crank sensor. No spark, temp gauge inop. Milage diplay and warning lamps ok, asd relay is clicking (stuck on)will shut off if you disconnect upstream o2 sensordisconnected o2 sensor still no start. Fault code p1694 will clear but comes right back.

There is no code 1694, it is either 1696 or 1594. The first one means it may be a pcm failure or bad connection. The second is voltage to high from alternator which could have fired the pcm. Have apro look at this it needs to be tested with a scanner.
