1999 Jeep Cherokee Serpentine belt and pulleys

Jeep starts right up, but none of pulleys are turning. Very loud squealing and if you allow motor to run very long the belt starts smoking at water pump.

remove belt and see what doesnt' spins, it may be a bad pump.
