1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport. heater fan control only works on high.

Replace the blower motor resister. It is a cheap part and easy to replace.

Let me know if that fixes the problem. I'm 99.9% sure it will.

You should be able to get one at a parts store. It's a common item.
