I put new spark plugs in and I am getting fire and gas but it still wont start I have tried every thing that I know with no success and now I am at a stand still. can anybody help me with this issue.. is there a reset procedure for this car?

Greetings,

Does it sound like the engine is turning over much easier than normal? It could be that the timing chain/belt has broken. It is more likely a starter issue though, especially with the battery draining dead like you have stated. A faulty starter can easily drain a battery dead. I would suggest removing the starter and having it tested at a local shop.
